Discussion on the Industrial Development of Ultra-imitation Cotton Synthetic Fiber and Its Textiles

Recently, the Department of High-Tech Development and Industrialization of the Ministry of Science and Technology organized and organized the feasibility study of the "12th Five-Year Plan" National Science and Technology Support Program Priority Project for the "12th Five-Year Plan" material industry in Beijing. meeting.

The Expert Committee on Argumentation consists of Ji Guobiao and Sun Jinliang, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and fifteen senior technical and financial experts from the China Textile Industry Association, domestic universities, and textile companies.

The expert group carefully listened to and reviewed the feasibility study report and project budget statement of the project team and believed that the project closely revolves around the “National Medium and Long-Term Scientific and Technological Development Plan Outline (2006-2020)” and the “Regulation of Textile Industry Adjustment and Revitalization”. With regard to the demand for upgrading of chemical fiber industry, relieving the contradiction between supply and demand of cotton, and effectively utilizing excess polyester production capacity, it has important strategic significance for accelerating the adjustment of product structure and industrial technology upgrading in the textile industry in China; the overall goal of the project is accurately positioned, and the overall technical route and topics are set appropriately. The assessment indicators are clear, the implementation plan is feasible, and the budget is reasonable. It is expected that the analysis and application prospects and technical competitiveness analysis will be true and credible. The demonstration experts unanimously agreed to pass the feasibility study of the project and suggested that the implementation be started as soon as possible.

The project is organized by the Strategic Alliance for Technological Innovation in the Chemical Fiber Industry, and the China Textile Academy is a project integration unit. The industry has a complete industrial chain from raw material development, spinning, spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing to fabric development. More than a dozen research institutes, universities and enterprises will participate in the research and development and industrialization of this project.
