According to the Shouguang large-scale waterproof coiled material market, the polypropylene spunbonded hot - rolled non-woven fabric has a width of 1.27m. It is selected to produce four 1.27m spunbonded nonwoven fabrics at a time , and the width of the production line is determined to be 5.1m. The waterproof coil has higher requirements on the lateral strength of the nonwoven fabric , so the process route adopts the "small board" mode. Product surface density range of 15 ~ 150g / m2, the production line maximum speed of 150m / min, acceleration and deceleration time of 30s.
